I was born and raised in Slovakia and from a young age, I felt drawn to the healing power of touch — how nurturing the body can awaken both confidence and peace within.


My journey led me to New York City, where I graduated from the world-renowned Christine Valmy International School of Aesthetics. It was there that I discovered my calling — to help others feel beautiful, balanced, and alive in their own skin.


Years later, I opened Age Smart by Mirka in Bethesda, Maryland, where I became known for non-invasive facial treatments that deliver visible transformation — often after just one session. With over two decades of experience, I’ve mastered advanced rejuvenation techniques such as microcurrent, radiofrequency, oxygen therapy, microneedling, and lymphatic drainage — all guided by intuition, not just technology.


When I moved to Sarasota, I felt inspired to expand my work even further. I became a licensed massage therapist through the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, allowing me to blend facial rejuvenation with therapeutic bodywork. This is when my practice evolved into something more holistic — not just skin care, but total restoration of body, mind, and spirit.


Today, this evolution has become The Mirka Method — my signature fusion of European aesthetics, advanced technology, and intuitive touch. Every session is a moment of connection, designed to renew your glow, restore balance, and bring you back to your natural rhythm of peace and vitality.
